Customers select available businesses, choose a delivery time, complete Shopify checkout and track existing reservations.

Drivers and pickup-location employees sign in here using the email address and password issued by Run Ren Run.

DRIVER

Driver Road

Drivers view assigned deliveries, go on or off duty, call customers, open maps, record pickup or shopping completion and mark deliveries complete.

STORE OR PICKUP LOCATION

Pickup Staff Screen

Pickup-location employees view paid pickups and mark assigned orders ready for the driver.

Current limitation: this screen is presently configured for Mine Shaft. Separate business-specific vendor screens are not yet exposed.

ADMINISTRATOR

Create Crew and Vendor Logins

Create driver accounts and pickup-location employee accounts, assign employees to a business, reset passwords and disable accounts.

BUSINESS AND VENDOR CONTROL

Business Hours and Availability

Set pickup businesses OPEN or CLOSED, edit weekly pickup hours, control Run Ren Run Shopify collections and cancel reservations.

DISPATCH

Dispatch Desk

View deliveries, assign drivers, control service availability, monitor pickup routes and update delivery status.
